Name Tag Lanyards

BIG NEWS: Scholastica Travel has added a new feature. We are providing name tag lanyards to all schools and tour participants!

Safety is our top priority at Scholastica Travel. In our continued efforts to conduct tours as safely as possible, we will now be providing name tag lanyards to all tour participants. This offers several benefits.

Stand out: Your students will be easily located in a crowd when they wear the red Scholastica Travel lanyard. It will be easier than ever to see and find the members of your group!

Name Tag LanyardsName Recognition: On the front of every name tag lanyard is a place for students to write their name.

Emergency Contact Information: On the back of every lanyard tag is the phone number for Scholastica’s 24-hour emergency assistance team as well as room to write two emergency contact numbers. We will no longer be providing emergency cards. Students will have emergency contact information with them wherever they go!

Keepsake: The lanyards are yours to keep! Every student will return home with a souvenir of their class trip.

Connect: The information for Scholastica’s Facebook page and Twitter feed are located on the back of the name tag so that you can easily connect with us during your trip. We encourage groups to tweet pictures and updates throughout their trip to show us what they’re learning!

Name Tag LanyardsSpecial Instructions: Group leaders will receive the name tag lanyards along with their final information several weeks before the trip. Group leaders are to instruct their students to wear their name tag lanyards at all times.

Please Note: You must use a permanent marker or Sharpie to customize each tag with contact phone numbers and student’s name. Pen will not write on the lanyard tags. After writing, wait at least 5 seconds before touching the ink to prevent smearing. Scholastica does not provide permanent markers.
